Our leadership team is expanding to include innovators who can push boundaries, experiment with AI, and help integrate it into immersive and educational platforms.
Role Overview
We are seeking AI Innovation Specialists who are passionate about exploring and applying AI to real-world challenges. This is a hands-on role focused on research, prototyping, and recommending ways to integrate AI into training workflows. The position is initially part-time with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
• Research and experiment with leading AI platforms and open-source models.
• Prototype and test AI-driven features for immersive training and educational applications.
• Collaborate with developers, instructional designers, and animators to integrate AI workflows.
• Document and present findings with clear recommendations.
• Contribute to proposals and client solutions where AI adds measurable value.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in AI and immersive technologies.
Requirements
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance are requirements of this position in order to comply with federal government contract obligations.
• Background check required as part of the employment process.
• Maintain a professional online presence that reflects the values of the organization.
• Candidates will be required to complete an AI Technical Aptitude Test as part of the selection process.
• Strong curiosity and drive to experiment with AI tools and platforms.
• Hands-on experience with APIs or prompt engineering.
• Ability to research, test, and communicate findings clearly.
• Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-iteration environment.
• Innovative, motivated, and eager to grow within the organization.
Preferred (Not Required)
• Familiarity with EdTech, Training-as-a-Service (TaaS), or immersive technology.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployments.
• Knowledge of LLM integrations (RAG, embeddings, vector databases).
• Certifications such as Google Cloud AI Engineer, Microsoft AI Engineer Associate, or AWS ML Specialty.
• Hands-on experience Python.
