Position Duties & Responsibilities: Provide Behavior Intervention/ABA services to children and adolescents in the school and home Work closely with supervisors to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and/or Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Complete appropriate documentation and data collection Work cooperatively with other paraprofessional and licensed staff to facilitate positive interventions Requirements: Education: High School Diploma (Associates Degree Preferred). Personal: Be intelligent, flexible, energetic, and dedicated. Experience: Familiarity with ABA preferred but not necessary and/or experience working with children. Knowledge/Abilities/Skills: Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) with a variety of individuals including teachers, clients, and parents, in a respectful and effective manner. Work independently and as part of a team and follow instructions of supervisor. Think critically and manage time efficiently. Basic computer skills (Word/Outlook). Maintain a professional image and courteous demeanor at all times.
