CDL A OTR Flatbed Driver Needed in Manhattan, IL, Kentucky, Ohio and Texas

TransForce is hiring full-time CDL A OTR Flatbed drivers in Manhattan, IL, Kentucky, Ohio and Texas. Earn $0.70 CPM plus Component pay with consistent routes, new equipment, and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hauling bulk construction materials, i.e., lumber, pipes & beams, coils, metals, etc.
• Will cover states East of the Mississippi River, Southeast & TX (generally nothing Northeast)
• Equipment is 2021 or newer Kenworth & Freightliner sleeper cabs w/53’ flatbed trailers, Fridge yes can request to add a microwave.
• Most tractors w/o APU but include bunk heaters
• Can accommodate driver w/manual restriction
• Load/unload done by shippers & receivers but driver is required to strap & tarp
• Driver willing to be out 2-3 weeks for first run is optimal thereafter, should be home EOW to do 36 hr. reset & 48 hrs. off (will discuss schedule alternatives if an option) 
• Dispatch time & schedule will vary by load – typically 11–14 hr. days
• Pets allowed with deposit
• Riders allowed with waiver
• Front Facing Cameras
• Driver can live in Manhattan, IL area , domiciled in Northern Ohio, New Orleans, Texas or Kentucky
• If living outside location of terminal, will negotiate parking truck at nearby truck stop - if paid parking is required, willing to negotiate reasonable fee or a split cost that's fair to both parties

Requirements:

• 2 yrs. OTR driving experience w/1+ year flatbed experience preferred, not required
• 23 yrs. old with Clean MVR and no losses (NO EXCEPTIONS) 
• Driver can live in Manhattan, IL area
• PPE may be required for certain customers

Benefits:

• (2,000 sign on bonus paid out quarterly, post drivers start date, over an annual period. )
