We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to support mission-based outreach campaigns that uplift communities and create lasting change.
This is not a call center role. No cold calling. Just face-to-face conversations that spark action, build awareness, and drive support for some of the most impactful nonprofit organizations in the country.

🎯 Position Overview: What You’ll DoAs a Customer Service Representative on our outreach team, you’ll be a front-line ambassador for causes that matter. Your responsibilities include:
Representing nonprofit partners at live events , fundraisers, and community outreach initiatives
Engaging with the public in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner
Delivering clear, compelling messages about nonprofit missions and community needs
Educating potential supporters about each cause’s goals, impact, and how they can get involved
Creating meaningful conversations that inspire long-term donor relationships
Collaborating with your team to plan, execute, and optimize outreach campaigns
Upholding our shared values of compassion, integrity, and professionalism
You don’t need prior experience in customer service or nonprofit work to succeed—just the right mindset and a passion for making a difference.
