Director, Clinical Outsourcing

Join us as the Director of Clinical Outsourcing and lead vendor outsourcing, negotiation, contracting, and vendor relationship management within BridgeBio's clinical development portfolio. This role requires expertise in outsourcing models, contracting, financials, and clinical operations, ensuring the successful and cost-effective execution of clinical research programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead vendor selection processes, including RFI/RFP, bid analysis, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Manage relationships with CROs and service providers, including performance tracking and escalation management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define vendor strategies, manage budgets, and ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee contract negotiations, including MSAs, SOWs, and change orders.
• Manage direct reports and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Lead strategic outsourcing initiatives and optimize business processes related to outsourcing.

Location

This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence in San Francisco on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree or equivalent
• 10-15 years in biotech/pharma/clinical research, with experience in clinical operations or outsourcing
• Deep knowledge of outsourcing, contracting, and clinical trial processes
• Proven experience in vendor proposal evaluation, negotiations, and relationship management
