TMD Staffing is looking to hire Forklift Operator/Material Handler in the Houston, TX (77032) area!
WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-Person
RESPONSIBILITIES
Bending, squatting, kneeling, and climbing of stationary ladder while lifting/carrying as much as 50 pounds of material
Pick multiple orders in a timely fashion
Load and unload material from delivery vehicles constantly
Properly use manual pallet jacks and sit-down propane forklifts
Perform cycle counts as directed by supervisor
Keep inventory rotated properly
Effectively and accurately place material into stock
Stay busy at all times. If there are no orders or trucks, pick up a broom & sweep
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years experience operating a forklift
Able to handle physical labor in warehouse
Warehouse operations experience
Safety knowledge and compliance
High School diploma or GED
PAY RATE
$17.00/hour
SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm or 12pm-9pm
