Description Join the Kinsley Power Systems Team as a Generator Field Service Technician – Up to a $50,000 Sign-On Bonus! At Kinsley Power Systems, we’ve been a leader in generator service, sales, and rentals for over 60 years. What You’ll Do: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, load-bank test, and conduct start-ups on generators. Prepare accurate repair quotes and complete work orders efficiently. Execute major engine repairs and overhauls with precision. Provide outstanding communication and customer service. Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service. Maintain a comprehensive toolset, including a multi-meter and hand tools. Follow strict safety standards, including obtaining an OSHA 30 certification if not already certified. Hold a valid DOT card (or be willing to obtain one) and a valid driver’s license. Compensation Details: Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus, paid in installments (details provided during the interview). $6,000 housing stipend, paid weekly in equal installments (subject to applicable taxes). Compensation: $40–$60 per hour, based on experience. Paid parking available for off-site parking.
