  Enter employee information and updates into internal systems
• 
  Organize, scan, and file HR documents and personnel records
• 
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date files (both digital and physical)
• 
  Support the HR team with routine administrative tasks
• 
  Assist with organizing onboarding paperwork and employee files
• 
  Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

• 
  1+ year of office or administrative experience
• 
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• 
  Comfortable working on a computer and using basic office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• 
  Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• 
  Experience with filing, scanning, and data entry preferred
• 
  Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
