What You’ll Do:
Provide virtual support to policyholders regarding their life and supplemental insurance plans
Assist clients in understanding coverage details, making policy changes, and resolving inquiries
Process client information and maintain accurate digital records using our CRM system
Schedule virtual consultations and follow-up appointments with licensed agents
Communicate professionally over phone, email, and Zoom with empathy and precision
Who You Are:
You’re a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
Comfortable with digital tools, CRMs, and remote work platforms
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Prior experience in customer service, insurance, or administrative support is a plus—but not required
