Location Duties Advise corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other similar transactions. Handle general corporate matters related to M&A and private equity transactions. Draft transaction documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal paperwork. Manage transactions and deals from inception to completion with minimal supervision. Maintain direct client contact and manage client relationships effectively. Develop new business and contribute to the firm’s growth. Work independently and demonstrate leadership in managing cases. Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in M&A and Private Equity transactions (for associates from law school class years 2021 and up). Strong knowledge of corporate law and market terms. Significant experience in drafting transaction documents and deal management. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business development. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Education J.D. (Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school.
