Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract healthcare facilities (hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, etc.) and promote SmartGen Healthcare Solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Generate leads through digital marketing, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with potential and current clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to understand client needs and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, proposals, and email newsletters to attract new clients.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize results.
• Represent SmartGen Healthcare Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand recognition and attract new clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our marketing efforts stay competitive and relevant.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, ideally within healthcare staffing or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to attract new business.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
