POSITION DETAILS
Expect your typical day as a Business Data Analyst to be focused on the following initiatives: - Data Analysis : Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources including our agency management system, health insurance claims database, and data feeds from various vendors. Perform regular data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Analyze employees’ benefits utilization, cost trends, and plan performance to forecast trends and support strategic recommendations.
- Data Visualization: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports which support internal operations and client deliverables using days visualization software.
- Collaboration and Client Service Support: Partner with IT and client service teams to align reporting outputs with business needs.
- Efficiencies: Identify and implement efficiencies in data workflows, Automate manual data entry processes, Design or enable integrations between reporting systems and Excel

- 0-3 years of Data Analytics related work experience.
- Exposure to IT systems and databases and experience in data management, system integration and process automation preferred
- Proficiency in data visualization software (e.g. Power BI or Tableau), with strong Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings to clients and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple data requests. Must have strong attention to detail, as well as critical thinking and problem- solving skills.
