About the Role

The Company is seeking a Department Chair for its Political Science program. The successful candidate will serve as the chief representative and leader of the department, overseeing all internal affairs and acting as a liaison between the faculty and the university administration. Key responsibilities include setting and meeting enrollment, retention, and graduation projections, scheduling courses, supervising faculty and staff, and advising graduating seniors.
