Geo cgi is looking for a Senior Geospatial Analyst to support our client, United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), Offutt AFB, NE. The candidate will provide senior-level spatial analysis, enterprise GIS administration, and advanced geospatial support to improve STRATCOM’s understanding of adversary strategic weapons. This position is an onsite opportunity with the primary location of performance at Offutt AFB, Omaha, NE, USA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead advanced spatial analysis using ArcGIS Pro including modeling, predictive assessments, and 3D visualization.
• Administer and optimize ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal, and GeoEvent Server environments.
• Support real-time data processing and integration with operational mission systems.
• Provide authoritative guidance on DoD geospatial standards, data models, and metadata management.
• Mentor junior and mid-level analysts, providing technical direction and oversight.
• Collaborate with senior government leadership to translate intelligence requirements into geospatial solutions.
• Prepare and present geospatial products, briefings, and technical documentation.

The following are requirements of the Senior Geospatial Analyst:
• U.S. Citizen with Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 10+ years of GIS experience, with at least 5 years in senior-level or leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Geospatial Science, or 10 years of equivalent military experience.
• Expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise administration and web GIS development.
• Proficiency with Python/ArcPy scripting and database management (PostgreSQL/PostGIS, SQL Server, Oracle).
The following are preferred of the Senior Geospatial Analyst:
• GISP, CompTIA Security+, Esri Enterprise, AWS or Azure certifications
• Experience supporting intelligence or strategic weapons mission sets.
• Familiarity with DoD IT security standards (DISA STIGs, FedRAMP, RMF, ATO).
